Workload may be relayed via email or phone call during the first week of the month. Retainer packages will be billed at the beginning of each month, prior to any work being completed.
 
Retainer packages can be used on all digital & print marketing materials (business cards, letterhead, flyer/brochure/rack card, newsletter, service menu, packaging design etc.), brand management, website management, or social media management.

If used toward solely social media, your package will include 12 post graphics + custom captions + hashtags, 30 story graphics, and 8 reels.

Webdesign & logo design are not included in retainer packages and will be charged separately.

*Retainer packages are non-refundable. Unused hours do not roll over.
